Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of arklabsai.com and the free resources we publish on it. They are not the contract for paid work — that is a separate signed agreement, and it takes precedence over anything here.

Effective 7 August 2026. Last updated 7 August 2026.

01Who these terms are with

arklabsai.com is operated by Contrada Analytics Pty Ltd (ABN 21 660 415 556), an Australian company trading as ArkLabs AI. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Contrada Analytics Pty Ltd, and “you” means anyone using the site.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site. If you’re agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

02These terms are not your service agreement

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a client relationship. Paid engagements — advisory, infrastructure, agent builds, education — are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.

Where that signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins for the work it covers. Booking a call does not create an engagement, a fee obligation, or any commitment on either side.

03Using the site

You may browse the site, and use what we publish for your own business or internal purposes. You must not:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the site or its content, except for standard search-engine indexing consistent with our robots.txt.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, its database, or any connected system — including probing, scanning or penetration testing without our written permission.
  • Submit false, misleading or third-party contact details through our forms, or use them to send spam or automated submissions.
  • Interfere with the site's operation, bypass our anti-spam or rate-limiting measures, or introduce malicious code.
  • Reproduce, republish, resell or redistribute our content or resources as your own, or use them to build a competing offering.
  • Use the site or its content to train a machine learning or AI model without our written permission.

We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaches these terms, without notice.

04Our content and intellectual property

All content on this site — text, articles, guides, diagrams, code samples, imagery, the ArkLabs AI name, logo, brand mark and visual identity — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the site and to use our free resources for your own internal business purposes. That licence does not include any right to sell, sublicense, republish or commercially exploit the content, and it ends if you breach these terms.

You may quote or link to our published articles with clear attribution to ArkLabs AI and a link back to the original page.

05Free resources and downloads

Guides, e-books, templates and similar resources are provided free, as general educational material, and as-is. You may use them inside your own organisation. You may not resell them, distribute them as your own work, or remove our branding.

Downloading a resource means we’ll email it to you and add you to a short related email sequence. You can unsubscribe from any message. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your details.

06No professional advice

Everything published on this site is general information. It is not professional, technical, legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances, your data, your systems or your regulatory position.

Don’t act on it without getting advice specific to your situation. Any decision you make based on this site is your own, and you are responsible for its consequences.

07No guarantee of results

Case studies, examples, benchmarks and outcome figures on this site describe what happened in a particular context. They are not a promise, projection or guarantee of what AI, automation or data infrastructure will do for you. Results depend on your data, your systems, your team and your execution.

AI systems are probabilistic. They produce inaccurate output some of the time, and any content on this site that was drafted or assisted by AI tools is reviewed by us but may still contain errors.

08Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we don’t promise it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including any free resource — at any time, without notice and without liability.

09Third-party links and services

The site links to and integrates third-party services, including Google Calendar for bookings, Cloudflare for anti-spam verification, and social platforms such as LinkedIn and X. We don’t control those services, we don’t endorse everything they publish, and we’re not responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

10Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations and conditions not expressly set out in these terms, and the site and its content are provided “as is”.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Where we are liable and that liability can lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability arising from the site is capped at AUD $100.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and permits us to limit our liability, our liability for services is limited, at our option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

11Indemnity

You indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability or cost (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

12Privacy

Our handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and changes apply from the date they are published. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues to apply.
